Good Morning Greens

Let me be as honest as possible.  It would be quite unusual for anyone to say this is her favorite juice the first time she makes it. But, if you are hoping for a baby with all you do instead of passively hoping and letting life go by in the meantime, then you are going to be willing to do this drink.  It gets better every day.

Drink up!  Your baby is waiting.

Cleansing and Detoxing

Posted by on January 14, 2012 in Articles, Natural Health, Step 2 - Cleanse and Build | Comments Off

At InfertilityWorkshop we believe that the best you can do for your baby is to love him before he is even conceived.  To do this cleansing and detoxification is a valuable time spent.

The companies whose products we carry are those that understand this and produceproducts made specifically to deliver the body from toxic waste, chemicals, years of buildup due to poor eating habits and build the body in the process.  It is not enough, for instance to move your bowel regularly if it is forced.  Rather it is important to”build” while removing waste product and teach the body to work well on its own. Hypertension

Posted by on November 12, 2010 in Articles, Natural Health, Step 3 - Finish Strong | Comments Off

Of all the illnesses that make up cardiovascular diseases (CVD)—such as heart attack, stroke, angina pectoris, atherosclerosis, and arteriosclerosis—high blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is the most common. It is also a condition about which many North Americans are complacent.

This is a riddle. Hypertension may be common, and we may not worry about it, but it can be deadly. Hypertension can result in serious conditions such as kidney disease to traumatic and often tragic events such as stroke, heart attack, and even death.

So why the laid-back attitude? Do we just not care? It may be because of how hypertension “works.” It is quiet—there is no evidence of the disease until it has progressed to the point at which a crisis occurs. Its treatment is not without a physical cost—much of the medication used for hypertension has uncomfortable and troubling side effects. Nor is its treatment of short duration—hypertension therapy is generally lifelong. (more…)

Heart Disease

Posted by on November 12, 2010 in Articles, Natural Health | Comments Off

The ChangingParadigm

Heart Disease

At one time, nothing could be done about heart disease. As someone clutched their heart and gasped, we could do nothing but look on in pain. As we learned more about the heart, we developed drugs and learned how to cut open the body and partially repair the heart. Today, the death rate for all heart-related diseases is 45 percent of what it was in 1963. Many claim that drugs and surgery are the reasons for this. (more…)
