Good Morning Greens

Let me be as honest as possible.  It would be quite unusual for anyone to say this is her favorite juice the first time she makes it. But, if you are hoping for a baby with all you do instead of passively hoping and letting life go by in the meantime, then you are going to be willing to do this drink.  It gets better every day. Drink up!  Your baby is waiting.   Good Morning Greens; In the hopper place: 1 cup Kale – this is about 2 large or 2-3 small stalks of kale. 1 cups Spinach – Spinach is something that  you can easily use that comes in baby form. 1/2 medium Cucumber 4 stalks Celery 1 Green Apple 1” Ginger root 1/2 bunch parsley; curly, flat or even cilantro will do.  1/2 bunch equals a good handful. Optional: At first you might add another apple or 1 whole cucumber to thin it out. Optional also or only: 1/2 med beet.  This will add nutrition as well as a sweetness to the juice. Morning Pucker

Many of the detoxifying juice fasts and programs agree on the best way to start the day; with a lemon!  Waking up your liver, gall bladder and pancreas with a Morning Pucker. It doesn’t get any easier:  Roll a lemon on the counter and press firmly as you do. Cut off one end, enough to put in a hand juicer gadget (shown here) or use a manual citrus juicer.  Pour or juice into your glass. Boil some water and put about /4 cup of hot water and 2/3 cup cool water in a glass.  (Pour in the cool water first so the glass doesn’t break.) Make sure the seeds are out of the glass. Morning Sunshine

Morning Sunshine is how I start the day every day of my life.  It is great for weight loss and the Vitamin C makes it amazing for fertility / infertility.  Nourish your adrenals and save your hormones The most important thing to know about juicing for weight loss, fertility, detoxing (detoxifying) is how to start your day.  Consider that every night you probably go to bed thinking that tomorrow is going to be different.  Well tomorrow truly CAN be different! Start your day with the Morning Pucker. Then get your juicing going and add these to the hopper: 1 medium grapefruit 1 juice orange or a juicy orange.  I juicing orange has thinner skin.  It is not the same as a navel orange and they are smaller.  They might have spots on them but that is OK. 1 lemon with the rind removed or cut off.  Leave some of the pith (the white part) if possible.  Though it is more bitter than the center it is where a high concentration of Vitamin C is found. 1 – 1″ cube of ginger root.  You can leave the skin on if it is organic or cleaned.
