After the NPC Shutdown – What Now?
This page is under construction. Thank you for your patience as we revamp our site.
NPC Shutdown – The Purpose
The purpose of this program is to not ONLY achieve pregnancy, but to conceive and carry a healthy baby through healthier parents: (Click on links for topical info.)
1: To cleanse the major organs of the body to affect the reproductive system as a way to naturally conception. As stated above, 3 months of cleansing is a good amount of time to make changes and is very often enough time for pregnancy to occur. We will target liver cleansing and colon cleansing for this and provide tips for healthier eating to support this effort.
2: To restore cyst covered ovaries by shutting off FSH and LH surges for these 3 months. This focuses on PCOS, PCOD and the potential for cysts due to an imbalance of estrogen and progesterone or testosterone and estrogen. The hope is to restore the ovaries, for cysts to atrophy and for proper ovulation to resume without ovarian cysts preventing it. Our claims are only to the possibilities and we cannot promise that these will be everyone’s results.
Don’t worry, we will explain all this as we go along. Elevated prolactin, testosterone and estrogen levels affect FSH and LH balance AND can cause cysts. Imbalance of FSH and LH affects hormonal health in all levels eventually. (more…)

FAQ on how to use Natural Progesterone Cream during the NPC Shutdown
Q: How do I use the Natural Progesterone Cream during shutdown?
A: Natural Progesterone cream may be used as a safe way to overshadow estrogen and to shutoff ovulation during this time. If you have cysts and/or PCOS which are inhibiting ovulation, this method is highly recommended by Dr. Lee and others, noted in the field of hormonal health and women’s issues. If you have long cycles or periods of waxing and waning mucus without ovulation then it is helpful for you as well. If you have short luteal phase it may be a consideration as well.
If you do not have cysts, anovulation or long cycles and will not be using Cycle Balance or Happy PMS Cream you may skip this section. We believe it is best to use the cream during this time. (more…)
Better Tasting Water
So did you ever feel like you couldn’t drink another glass of water even though you had read over and over how important it is for you?
Well, it is very important and we try to stress that here at Infertility Workshop. If you have menstrual cramps for instance, then water will hydrate your muscles to help them not to cramp as much. If you have issues with miscarrying early on, you may be surprised to know that the muscles of uterus are MUSCLES and that means you need to be hydrated in order to keep from becoming rigid and not being able to contract and release lightly for the proper blood flow.
So how to drink that 64 oz per day or more? I have been juicing for many years and have recently found thrown in among the recipes a common answer. (more…)
Symptoms of Estrogen Dominance
Estrogen Dominance is also called Estrogen Dominance Syndrome EDS. It is commonly misunderstood in that most women think it means they have too much estrogen or they say “My estrogen is low, so that cannot be my answer.” The truth is that estrogen dominance merely means that estrogen is dominant out of balance in relation to progesterone.
Some symptoms of estrogen dominance may seem like something you have had for a long time and never thought it was anything but a pain. (more…)
Broccoli soup for fertility
This is a recipe I made up for when we were doing a reboot and my daughters wanted some soup. If you have been juicing all day or taking enzymes like Phyto Bio Forte then everything does not have to be raw. The enzymes will unlock the nutrients in this soup.
2 large stalks of broccoli – one used raw and the other sauteed (more…)
Good Morning Greens
Let me be as honest as possible. It would be quite unusual for anyone to say this is her favorite juice the first time she makes it. But, if you are hoping for a baby with all you do instead of passively hoping and letting life go by in the meantime, then you are going to be willing to do this drink. It gets better every day.
Drink up! Your baby is waiting.

Morning Sunshine
Morning Sunshine is how I start the day every day of my life. It is great for weight loss and the Vitamin C makes it amazing for fertility / infertility. Nourish your adrenals and save your hormones
The most important thing to know about juicing for weight loss, fertility, detoxing (detoxifying) is how to start your day. Consider that every night you probably go to bed thinking that tomorrow is going to be different. Well tomorrow truly CAN be different!
Start your day with the Morning Pucker.
Then get your juicing going and add these to the hopper: (more…)
