Step 1 – Diagnosis
Of all the steps you will take to overcome infertility the most important is to understand what YOUR diagnosis is. There are so many reasons for infertility and understanding your own body, diet and lifestyle is the key to unlocking “that” door..
If you already know your diagnosis then you can skip this page and go to that section of our site which applies to you. If you are new to this and on just getting to Step 1 then let’s give you some practical beginning steps. First some questions to consider:
- Have you had your hormones checked?
- Do you have what would be called a regular cycle? Do you understand how the cycle works?
- Do you understand the workings of your body? These are just some of the beginning TTC questions.
Most like you found us through some kind of support group or maybe a friend. We are here to help you succeed.
First we have What’s Your Diagnosis?

FAQ on how to use Natural Progesterone Cream during the NPC Shutdown
Q: How do I use the Natural Progesterone Cream during shutdown?
A: Natural Progesterone cream may be used as a safe way to overshadow estrogen and to shutoff ovulation during this time. If you have cysts and/or PCOS which are inhibiting ovulation, this method is highly recommended by Dr. Lee and others, noted in the field of hormonal health and women’s issues. If you have long cycles or periods of waxing and waning mucus without ovulation then it is helpful for you as well. If you have short luteal phase it may be a consideration as well.
If you do not have cysts, anovulation or long cycles and will not be using Cycle Balance or Happy PMS Cream you may skip this section. We believe it is best to use the cream during this time. (more…)

Some symptoms of estrogen dominance may seem like something you have had for a long time and never thought it was anything but a pain. (more…)
